Spectacular building in beautiful setting. The restaurant serves a truly gourmet dinner. The interior ground level rooms are magnificent.

A fabulous and small hotel set in the most amazing chateau. History all around and a massive room. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing with lots of additional extra little courses. The wine list was extensive and varied. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the hotel and it was obvious they were working hard to bring it up to standard. A charming place to stay and thoroughly recommend it.

This is a property in restoration mode, yet the professional manner in which it is being done does not create a distraction for guests. This property is worth at least one night’s stay and more due to the overwhelming amount of history, culture, and pleasure that is there.

Exceptional buildings, well renovated and maintained. quiet at night, but with the nice piercing sound of peacocks. Charming and efficient staff. the offer by the manager to charge my Tesla overnight. Fine restaurant with limited but with well chosen options. A very good place to stay, for a special occasion between Northern Europe and Spain

Chateau Dissay is a hotel amd has been updated beautifully. The staf were vwey friendly and helpful especially Andan from India who.spoke very good english and helped us alot with interpreting. Our room was beautiful and everything was provided. Very comfy bed great breakfast.
